When you submit an order you are agreeing to be in accordance with our ordering policies. Ordering policies may be updated or changed periodically. Please read carefully before placing an order or contacting us.

Our Order Policies: 1. All orders received are processed promptly, once an order is submitted, it is final and there can be no changes. 2. When you receive your order, please check it for inaccuracies & discrepancies immediately within 3 business days. (Please also see our Return Policies.)
Damaged items: If you receive a damaged item or shipment, please contact us immediately and save the damaged item(s) as well as ALL original packaging and ALL packing materials because it will be necessary to file a claim successfully. If necessary, we will file a claim with UPS and we will let you know when we receive the claim refund.
Defective items: See Return Policy.
Information Change: Please notify us before placing an order, if ANY of your information has changed such as billing address, credit card # and expiration.
Wholesale: You MUST be a licensed or certified practitioner and a QUANTAFOODS ASSOCIATION member to take advantage of wholesale prices. Your account is only active as long as your license or certification is valid, if your license or certification expires, you must fax or mail us a copy of the license or certification with your current expiration date before you can continue receiving wholesale prices. Order amount minimum to receive wholesale pricing is $250. If you are interested in setting up a wholesale account, please use the form on our website.
Payment: All Product Orders must be paid for in FULL before they will be shipped out to you. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy: For the protection of our other customers, we do not accept returns. Returns are only accepted when there is a defect in the product or there was a mistake on our end. In this case you will either receive a replacement of the defected product or an in‐house credit to be used on a future order. Replacement will be shipped as soon as we receive the defected product back. Please note that you MUST contact us and have pre‐authorization first before returning anything and it must be returned by UPS Only to QUANTAFOODS ASSOCIATION Fulfillment Center, 680 Route 211 E, 3B #367, Middletown, NY 10941.
Shipping Method: We ship by UPS or USPS Ground Advantage. For your protection, ALL packages will be fully insured before they leave our facility. The cost will automatically be added to your shipping cost. Shipping & Handling charges are based on current rates and the weight of each order and will be charged to your credit card accordingly.

I understand that QUANTAFOODS ASSOCIATION is a 1st and 14th Amendment Private Health Association that contracts for services and benefits with private members only, not the public. I also understand that I am taking full responsibility for all decisions concerning my health or the health of those that consult with me and hereby release QUANTAFOODS ASSOCIATION and all employees from any liability whatsoever.
